Hailuogou (海螺沟), also known as Hailuogou Glacier Forest Park, is a stunning natural reserve located in Sichuan Province, China. It is situated on the eastern side of Mount Gongga (also known as Minya Konka), which is one of the tallest peaks in the region.

Hot Springs in Hailuogou
Hailuogou is famous not only for its glaciers but also for its natural hot springs. The geothermal hot springs in the park are a relaxing way to warm up after exploring the cold glacier areas. These springs are rich in minerals and are believed to have therapeutic properties.
There are several hot spring pools where visitors can soak and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

Hailuogou hot springs are naturally heated to 83°C. These hot springs are believed to offer health benefits and are used to treat various ailments. Several resorts are located at elevations ranging from 1,900 to 2,600 meters, and the properties of the water vary slightly depending on the altitude.
Entry to the springs costs between 80 and 120 CNY, depending on the location, with an additional fee for transportation within the park.

A daily bus departs from Chengdu’s New South Gate Station (成都新南车站, Chengdu Xinnan Chezhan), providing direct access to Hailuogou Park.
