Location and Access:
Baishuizhai is located in the Zengcheng district of Guangzhou, about 90 kilometers (56 miles) from the city center. It is easily accessible by car or public transportation.
From Guangzhou, it takes about 2 hours to reach the Baishuizhai Scenic Area by bus or car.
How to Visit Baishuizhai:

Visitors can take a long-distance bus from Guangzhou to Zengcheng or Conghua as well, and then transfer to local buses or taxis to reach the Baishuizhai Scenic Area. Bus departs from Guangzhou coach terminal near Guangzhou railway station.
From Guangzhou you also may reach Conghua by metro, take line 14 till the Conghua coach terminal station (从化客运站), then transfer to bus number 13. Remember that in such areas buses stop the service very early, around 7 pm.

For those traveling by car, there are parking facilities near the entrance to the scenic area.

The entrance fee is around 90 CNY, and it gives you access the Baishuizhai Scenic Area, which includes access to the hiking trails and viewpoints.
